About Zac

My approach is grounded in person-centred, relational, and psychodynamic therapy, with a particular interest in how early experiences, emotional regulation, shame, sleep, and the nervous system shape our present lives.

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have spent well over half a decade working within NHS sleep and respiratory services, and currently work with a London based private sleep clinic. I have also contributed to published research in sleep physiology.

This background has deepened my understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, stress, rest, and the body, informing my work with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and sleep difficulties.

I offer psychotherapy for adults in Canary Wharf, East London, and online.

Sessions are typically held weekly and last around 60 minutes, either online or in person in Canary Wharf.

I also offer a complimentary introductory call to discuss any questions you may have and whether therapy with me feels right for you.

Online: £80 per session

In-person: £100 per session
